By accessing or using RK Physiocare's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

RK Physiocare provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation services including, but not limited to:

• Manual therapy and therapeutic exercises

• Pain management programs

• Post-surgery rehabilitation

• Sports injury treatment and prevention

• Wellness and fitness programs

All services are provided by qualified and licensed physiotherapists. The specific treatment plan will be determined based on individual assessment and clinical judgment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration and paperwork. Arriving late may result in a shortened session.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Cash

• Credit/Debit cards

• Digital payment methods (UPI, mobile wallets)

• Insurance (where applicable)

Package deals and multiple session bookings may be available at discounted rates. All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history information

• Inform us of any changes in your health condition or medications

• Follow the prescribed treatment plan and home exercise programs

• Communicate any discomfort or concerns during treatment

• Respect clinic staff, other patients, and facility property

• Maintain appropriate hygiene and wear suitable clothing for treatment

6. Informed Consent

By using our services, you consent to physiotherapy treatment. While physiotherapy is generally safe, some treatments may carry minimal risk of temporary discomfort, soreness, or rare adverse reactions. Our therapists will explain the proposed treatment, potential risks, and expected benefits before proceeding. You have the right to decline any treatment at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

RK Physiocare and its staff will exercise reasonable care and professional judgment in providing services. However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We are not liable for any injury or complications arising from failure to follow treatment instructions, pre-existing conditions, or unforeseen medical complications. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. Medical records and personal information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law or for treatment purposes.

9. Insurance and Third-Party Billing

While we may assist with insurance claims and documentation, you are ultimately responsible for payment of services. We recommend verifying your insurance coverage before treatment. Any amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of RK Physiocare and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services to any patient who:

• Repeatedly fails to attend scheduled appointments

• Engages in disruptive or abusive behavior

• Fails to pay for services

• Violates these Terms and Conditions

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
